Most of the things on Tweens2teen are free. After 20 years of living and working with young people, I like being able to help others do a good job too.
The articles and eBooks I produce are general though. They relate to most situations, but maybe not your own personal one.
To help you with that, I offer some extra services.
For those who who work with young people, I provide professional supervision to over 50 staff.
It’s a form of debriefing and coaching that not only develops your skills and knowledge but can prolong your career.
Supervision is the cornerstone of good practice. So if you haven’t had supervision for a while, think about finding a supervisor today and making that first appointment.
I also host a monthly webinar for youth workers and school chaplains on one sticking point that my readers and clients have brought up.
Here’s what’s coming up:
A dive into the theory of group work that helps you understand why it’s so messy with young people and what you can do to rein in the chaos.
With a quick lesson in Bronfenbrenners’s theory to help you make sense of the messy world some kids live in, this webinar will help you make better assessments and prioritise needs so you don’t feel so overwhelmed.
The best way to keep in touch with what webinars I’m doing is to register for one.
Download this self-care checklist for 12 things you can start doing today to free yourself from the chaos.
For parents I offer coaching packages to help you work out systems, routines and expectations to make life manageable again.
Whether you need one-off help to sort out an issues or more intensive support to deal with the overwhelm, I’ve got a package to suit.

But perhaps you don’t feel your situation needs that sort of help.
If you’ve read an article and have a question, I’d love you to throw it my way. I read every email from my readers and try to get back within 24 hours.
